Nowadays, stage technological products can lead to the reputation of brands, profits and even serious economic consequences. Faced with a new example of this, Huawei sued a fake headphone manufacturer that used its own brand to sell its products. It is stated that the seller earned 4.06 million yuan in revenue through fake headphones.

Fake Huawei headphones have been sold more than 330,000

According to court documents, Huawei has sued a seller named Zhang Moumou in China for violating sales and copyrights. Noting that the seller uses the Huawei brand name in many parts of the product listings, the tech giant stressed that the total sales value of the headphones is 4.09 million yuan, and more than 330,000 products have been sold.

The result of the case in question was in favor of Huawei. The court ruled that the use of the Huawei name on the products constitutes trademark infringement, and ordered the seller to pay 403,000 yuan compensation for economic losses and reasonable expenses. However, it is not yet known whether the ears sold have been opened to the global Sunday.

It's also not the first time Huawei has taken action against fake headphones using its own brand. In April of this year, a digital store selling fake headphones was fined 150,000 yuan. In May, Huawei won 1 million yuan (143 thousand dollars) in compensation from a similar website.
